Fossoli

This morning we loaded up the coach and drove to Carpi.  First, we had lunch at pizzeria, and tried the most American pizza ever, with hot dogs and French fries.
We continued on to the Fossoli deportation camp and museum, a WWII transit camp.  It out to be a very moving experience.
A few hours later, we arrived at Pistoia, where the kids met their homestay families.  Unfortunately, the leaders don't have a homestay, but we're staying in a cute little hotel in Pistoia.
On the drive to Tuscany.
